Continuing in the family tradition, Sandy's step-daughter - and Julie’s daughter, Jennifer has become the respected leader of Frank Smith Insurance & Real Estate. She is a licensed Insurance Producer in Property Casualty, Life & Accident and a Real Estate Broker in MA and RI. She has served several years on the Fall River Board of Realtors, on which she served as President, and earned the title REALTOR of the year. Jennifer has also earned the Accredited Buyer designation and completed the Certified Insurance Counselor designation. She enjoys working out, traveling and anything that finds her near or on the water. Her passion is community activism: always active in her community as a Rotarian, she also serves on the board of Southcoast Independent Insurance agents as well as Re-Creation of Fall River, and is on the Board of Directors at the YMCA in Swansea. The remainder of Jennifer's time and efforts are dedicated to her family, husband Kevin Greene and son Colby Thomas Dunlop.

Keri began her career with Frank Smith Insurance in August of 2022 working with Jennifer to lead the Frank Smith Insurance team. She is currently a licensed Insurance Producer in Property & Casualty in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Florida. Keri has worked in the insurance industry for over 11 years with experience as a captive agent and in personal lines sales and underwriting for all 50 states. Keri has had over 20 years of experience in training and leadership in various industries. Her primary role at Frank Smith focuses on leading the team in process improvement, human resources, updating business practices and resources, and growth strategies to continuously improve our customers' experience, employee satisfaction, and business efficiency.  Keri enjoys wildlife and nature, travel, and home restoration projects. She and her teenage son Liev, reside in Dartmouth.

Jayne is an Account Processor at Frank Smith and also handles much of our call volume and customer service. She has over 20+ years’ experience in the Insurance industry. Jayne is a ‘people person’ and strives to ensure every customer has a positive experience with us. She is a lifelong Swansea resident who enjoys country line dancing and being outdoors hiking and walking her rescue dogs!

Sayda is a first-generation Mexican-Guatemalan American from Providence, RI. She graduated from nationally accredited Classical High School in 2013, and graduated from CCRI in 2016. Since college, Sayda has had a very colorful resume – from animal hospitals to retail, to medical groups. In August of 2019 she started at an insurance agency in Attleboro MA, where she obtained her RI and MA Property and Casualty Insurance license. She was quickly promoted from Customer Service to Licensed Sales Producer.  In December of 2022 Sayda joined the Frank Smith Insurance & Real Estate team as a Licensed Insurance Producer. In her free time she spends time with her two senior pups, friends and family.  She enjoys plants, music and food. She is passionate about helping and educating clients on insurance.

Sarah grew up in Sudbury, MA. home of “Captain America” Chris Evans. She graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with a Bachelors in Business in 2009. In her early career, Sarah was fortunate to work in Executive Roles for Fortune 500 Companies. She dove into the insurance world in 2019 in Southborough, MA. and stayed with the company for three and a half years. Sarah relocated to Rehoboth, MA. with her fiancé Brittany and their fur baby Henry. In her free time Sarah enjoys a round on the golf course, sunning on the beach, or being the fun aunt to her nieces and nephew. Since June of 2022 she has been part of the Frank Smith Insurance & Real Estate family. She is crucial in our everyday processes, and does it all with a smile on her face.
