Continuing in the family tradition, Sandy's step-daughter - and Julie’s daughter, Jennifer has become the respected leader of Frank Smith Insurance & Real Estate. She is a licensed Insurance Producer in Property Casualty, Life & Accident and a Real Estate Broker in MA and RI. She has served several years on the Fall River Board of Realtors, on which she served as President, and earned the title REALTOR of the year. Jennifer has also earned the Accredited Buyer designation and completed the Certified Insurance Counselor designation. She enjoys working out, traveling and anything that finds her near or on the water. Her passion is community activism: always active in her community as a Rotarian, she also serves on the board of Southcoast Independent Insurance agents as well as Re-Creation of Fall River, and is on the Board of Directors at the YMCA in Swansea. The remainder of Jennifer's time and efforts are dedicated to her family, husband Kevin Greene and son Colby Thomas Dunlop.
Assistant (in process of getting license)
Operates the social media marketing for Frank Smith. She is a native of Swansea, aspiring to be a future real estate agent. Courtney found an interest for real estate after a long but rewarding process of purchasing her first home during a pandemic. In her day to day life, Courtney is a Licensed Dental Hygienist in MA and RI. She received her Bachelor’s degree of science/Dental Hygiene at Mount Ida College in Newton, MA. Courtney has also earned the Hu-Friedy Golden Scaler award. In her free time, Courtney enjoys traveling with her boyfriend, attending sporting events, exercising, spending time with family, and creating social media posts for Frank Smith as a way to dip her feet in to the real estate market!

We all need a support crew. Kevin is always at Jennifer’s right hand providing whatever aid she may need to properly serve her Real Estate clientele. This may include placing signs, helping to organize an open house, identifying that ’thing’ in the basement and what it does, or, as he can often be heard saying – “I just drive the car”. Kevin spends his days working as a Network Engineer at GE Aviation. In his spare time, when not driving the car, he enjoys writing, playing and recording music, carpentry, and losing staring contests with Griswold, the family Beagle.
Gloria “Julie” Smith
Real Estate Agent
Julie, as she is known by friends and family, has 40 plus years in the real estate industry. Starting out at Coldwell Banker in Barrington, RI. In 1998, Julie would help build Frank Smith Real Estate from the ground up. To this day, when called to action to help her daughter Jennifer, she shows up and does whatever is needed. She is licensed in Mass, and has earned the designation of Graduate of REALTORS Institute and Accredited Buyer Representative. Julie enjoys boating, traveling, watching the stock market, talking politics, dancing, and being with her family.
Joshua became interested in real estate after watching his father invest, renovate and rent multi-families in Fall River. After purchasing his own investments, he wanted to show others the benefits of owning property, and educate them in the roller coaster rides of real estate. Josh stays active working as EMT for Taunton Ambulance, and when not working he loves to travel, currently with 13 different countries under his belt, He is a craftsman, Utilizing the world’s smallest workshop of 112 sq ft, (follow @ 41Whackswoodshop). He also enjoys caring for his 2 beautiful, mischievous, miniature dachshunds – Remington and Thomson.
Realtor Kara Magoni has been licensed in Massachusetts for over 20 years. She is a firm believer in assisting clients as if they were her best friends. She is very enthusiastic and loves helping people buy and sell. She is professional and passionate about helping others with everything from real estate transactions to re-decorating their homes and starting new lives. She is a “jack of all trades” and knows where to go and who to call so her clients get their real estate goals accomplished quickly. Helping clients “open doors to a better quality of life” is her mission. If you weren’t her friend before you became her client, you will be after. Her goal is to make every real estate transaction a happy one.
