As the third-generation leader of Frank Smith Insurance & Real Estate, Jennifer Preston proudly carries forward a family legacy built on integrity, trust, and personalized service. Growing up in a small business family taught her that reputation is earned, relationships matter, and every client deserves honest advice and individual attention. Today, Jennifer combines that philosophy with her expertise in both insurance and real estate, helping individuals, families, and business owners navigate some of life's most important decisions.
Licensed as a Real Estate Broker in Massachusetts and Rhode Island and an Insurance Producer in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Florida, Jennifer is known for her commitment to her clients, her community, and building lasting relationships.
A dedicated industry leader, Jennifer currently serves as President of the Southcoast Independent Insurance Agents Association and previously served as President of the Fall River Board of Realtors, where she was honored as REALTOR® of the Year. She has earned both the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designations.
When she's not helping clients achieve their goals, you'll find Jennifer supporting local businesses, volunteering with community organizations, traveling, spending time on or near the water, and enjoying life with her husband Kevin, their spirited dachshund Smitty, and visits with her son, Colby.
